NOAH is dedicated to providing you with a full range of quality primary care services at an affordable price, regardless of your ability to pay. If you are uninsured or under-insured, you may qualify for programs and services with reduced fees based on income and family size.
Program Enrollment Assistance
NOAH offers enrollment assistance to individuals and families in need of health and community resources. Our community resource specialists assist with enrollment of:
- AHCCCS (Arizona’s Medicaid)
- Temporary Cash Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- KidsCare

Discount Program
NOAH accepts all patients regardless of their insurance or financial standing. If you are eligible, our discount program or Sliding Fee Schedule (SFS) allows you to pay reduced rates for services based on specific qualifications, including family income and size.
