Getting to know your provider

  • Why did you choose your profession?

I chose to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner because I am passionate about helping people improve their mental health and quality of life. I find it rewarding to build rapport with patients and their families, support them through difficult times, and see their progress. Making a meaningful difference in people’s lives is what motivates me every day.

  • Why do you work at NOAH?

I have worked in psychiatry since 2017 and have always heard of the wonderful impact NOAH makes in our community. When the opportunity presented itself to work with the organization, I was honored to take it as I knew their mission, vision, and values align with mine.

  • What are your passions outside of your profession?

I love spending time with my family and friends, playing boardgames, going to concerts or a good standup comedy. Laughter heals me!

  • If you won the lottery tomorrow, what would you do?

I would help immigrant families by improving access to education, healthcare, and essential resources. As a first-generation immigrant myself, I understand the challenges of starting over and would want to give others opportunities to succeed.
