I’ve always had a passion for helping others. When I was younger I was involved in multiple motor vehicle accidents and the nurses always cared for me and made me feel better. I originally went into nursing for that reason. After that I wanted more autonomy and to make a greater impact in the care I delivered so I became a nurse practitioner. Mental health is imperative to overall health and happiness. I’m passionate about taking care of our mental health so we can have better quality of life.

I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family and dogs.
