I chose this profession because I have a deep passion for supporting individuals through life’s challenges and helping them discover their strengths. I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to be heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes. Becoming a counselor allowed me to combine my compassion for others with evidence-based strategies to promote healing, resilience, and growth.

Outside of my profession, I enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active, and exploring new places.
