Getting to know your provider

  • Why did you choose your profession?

I always knew that I wanted to go into a profession where I would be able to use my knowledge to help people. What attracted me to primary care internal medicine was the relationships you get to make with all sorts of different people. My goal is to partner with my patients to help them achieve their goals.

  • Why do you work at NOAH?

During my training in residency I rotated at NOAH and was in awe. NOAH is staffed by the most skilled and wonderful health professionals and our mission reflects what I see as excellent healthcare. The healthcare providers at NOAH were inspirational, and many of them I considered role models in my training. In addition, NOAH utilizes an integrated care model, which empowers us to provide very effective holistic care.

  • What are your passions outside of your profession?

I love riding bicycles, particularly as a lifestyle. I enjoy hiking, backpacking, traveling reading novels and comic books, playing video games, watching movies, and cooking healthy foods. I have a passion for urban planning and thinking about how the built environment affects our health, resilience and happiness.

  • If you won the lottery tomorrow, what would you do?

Pay off my loans, then donate the rest to local organizations with important missions.
