Getting to know your provider

  • Why did you choose your profession?

I chose family medicine after seeing the impact family medicine physicians can have within their community while I was in medical school. I love being able to see an entire family for their medical care while getting to know what matters most to them and how I can help them achieve their health goals. I believe in patient-centered medical care and will always do my best to help my patients meet their healthcare goals!

  • Why do you work at NOAH?

NOAH has a strong patient-centered medical home model of care that allows me to practice evidence-based medicine with support from fellow staff and healthcare providers. Within an FQHC system like NOAH, I truly feel like I can make a difference for my patients. Plus, I grew up just down the street and practicing in my neighborhood feels like the embodiment of the family physician I’ve always wanted to be.

  • What are your passions outside of your profession?

I enjoy knitting and crocheting, and am a certified master gardener for Maricopa County. When I’m not at work, I’m probably digging in the dirt with my dog or working on my latest craft project.

  • If you won the lottery tomorrow, what would you do?

Pack up my house, move to Japan, and open a local yarn shop!
