I have always had a passion for helping others and education. Becoming a Physician Assistant gave me the opportunity to help patients improve their health by educating them.
NOAH focuses on patient centered care which I believe is key in improving the healthcare system and quality of care. The culture of compassion, empathy and service drew me to joining the team.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy traveling, cooking, volunteering and spending time with my friends and family.
I have always wanted to start a non profit of my own. I would also donate to my favorite charities. Lastly, I would enjoy traveling the world and experiencing different cultures.
Hi, I just wanted to to say that Samar was absolutely wonderful. And she made the process of going to the doctor 10 times more smoothly, the staff is amazing. I have been gone for a quite some time because I didn’t have insurance. So I have a lot of needs and everybody was really sweet. Very accommodating to my schedule conflicts and everything’s a good job.
I have been going to NOAH Heuser Family Medicine Center for 7 years. I was seen by Samar El-Sharkawy and meeting her for the first time Samar was professional, understanding, and supportive when it came to discussing my health issues and treatment plan. I decided right then to have Samar be my Primary Care Physician.
Samar El-Sharkawy was wonderful! She went out of her way to get a detailed history of how I had been feeling the last few weeks. Very helpful and insightful!
