Food is a complex topic. It encompasses cultural identity, emotions, memories, and health. I enjoy helping patients understand their relationship with food and how medical nutrition therapy can work in tandem with medical interventions to improve pathophysiological conditions.
Why do you work at NOAH?
NOAH is an organization that focuses on providing comprehensive care to the whole patient. I love that nutrition is valued as an integral role in helping patients achieve their health goals.
What are your passions outside of your profession?
On my free time, you can find me crafting, cooking, and learning about food history.
If you won the lottery tomorrow, what would you do?
I would purchase a lovely home in the country and attempt to cultivate a homestead! I would love to produce products such as fruits, vegetables, herbs, eggs, cheese, fruit preserves, and honey for the community.
