NOAH is partnering with Paradise Valley Unified School District to offer the COVID-19 vaccine to PVUSD students, families, and staff. With this vaccine, the community will be more protected, school sports teams and clubs can plan for a safe 2021-2022 school year, and families can enjoy the summer break with less worry.

NOAH will offer the Pfizer two-dose COVID vaccine, which is approved for individuals 12 and older, on-site at PVUSD’s North Canyon High School. The vaccine is FREE for everyone.

Anyone within the PVUSD family 12 and older can get vaccinated.

  • Staff

You must register for your vaccine appointment in advance. But before you do, here are a few things to know about the vaccine appointment:

  • Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
  • If under 18, a parent or guardian must either accompany the child, or
  • If a parent or guardian cannot attend, they must complete THIS FORM and send it with the adult brining the child.
