 ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  cup rolled oatsuse gluten-free if desired
 1 small applepeeled, cored and chopped
 1 medium frozen banana; sliced
 1 tbsp maple syrupor local honey
 1 tbsp almond butter
 1 tsp vanilla
 2 tsp ground cinnamonsave a small amount to place on top for garnish
 ½ cup walnutschop one walnut into small bits for garnish

Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until consistency is smooth.
