This Avocado Tuna Salad is made with just a few fresh ingredients that is very satisfying because it's easy to make and is loaded with healthful nutrients that will leave your body feeling re-energized. Serve this salad with your choice of whole-wheat crackers, whole-wheat pitas, or lettuce wraps.

 2 tuna flavorseal pouches6.4 oz, packed in water
 ½ cup pico de gallo
 1 medium avocado cut in half
 1 half lemonseeded and juiced
 Celtic sea salt to taste
 fresh cracked black pepperto taste

Remove the pit from the avocado. Use a spoon to scoop out the insides of the avocado and place it in a medium bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher. Add the pico de gallo, salt, pepper and fresh lemon juice and mix well.

Add the tuna to the bowl and mix well. Serve the tuna salad with your choice of whole-wheat crackers, whole-wheat pitas, or lettuce wraps.
