Nutty Dark Chocolate Coconut Clusters
Satisfy your sweet tooth with this easy three-ingredient recipe.
Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure there is room in the freezer to store it.
Break up the dark chocolate into smaller pieces, then place in a microwave safe bowl and microwave in increments of 30 seconds, stirring in between, until chocolate is completely melted.
Tip: chocolate doesn't visibly melt in the microwave, you need to stir it to check the consistency.
Add the coconut flakes and chopped nuts into the melted dark chocolate. Stir with a large spoon, then scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. After the mixture has all been portioned, place the entire baking sheet in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until firm.
