 6 oz sugar-free gelatin mix1 large or 2 small boxes, any flavor
 8 oz sugar-free or light frozen whipped toppingone small container, thawed
 24 oz low-fat cottage cheesesmall curd

In a large bowl, mix gelatin powder and cottage cheese. For a smoother consistency, blend the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor before mixing.

Gently fold in whipped topping until well combined.

Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours, until the mixture is set.
