Serving this fruit slush to your guests or family during those hot summer days is not only refreshing and hydrating, but low in sugar and calories, allowing the body to soak up all the nutrients which will help keep you healthy and cool.

 2 ⅔ cups watermeloncoarsely chopped, seeded, peeled
 1 ⅔ cups cantaloupechopped, seeded, peeled
 1 tbsp agave nectar or local honeyoptional
 2 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
 2 cups ice
 1 cup wateras needed for consistency preference

In a blender, add all ingredients and puree until smooth.

Pour into 4 glasses and top with a slice of fruit.

Serve immediately.
