 8 oz cold sparkling water
 ½ large lemonthinly sliced
 1 inch fresh ginger thinly sliced

Pour sparkling water into a glass; squeeze in juice from the lemon. In a small bowl, muddle the ginger root gently with a spoon. Add ginger root to the water and stir. Enjoy!
