Pineapple Mango Salsa
This salsa is great on top of your favorite piece of grilled fish. Also goes amazing with fish or chicken tacos.
1 cup chopped mango
1 cup chopped pineapple
¼ chopped red onion
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
½ cup finely chopped cilantro
½ cup chopped red pepper
⅓ cup olive oil

In a medium bowl combine mango, pineapple, onion, lime juice, cilantro, red pepper, and oil. Mix well.
