1 ½cupsskim milk or almond milk
1can (15 oz.) pumpkin
½tspcinnamon
¼tspginger
⅛tspallspice
⅛tspground nutmeg
12tbspfat free whipped topping

1tsp*may substitute 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice for all above spices*

In a large bowl, beat pudding mix and evaporated milk to package directions. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.

Add pumpkin and spices to pudding and mix well. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
