Refreshing Vegetable Salsa

 15 oz whole kernel yellow cornuse canned or frozen (thawed)
 1 avocadoseeded and diced into small chunks
 3 tomatoesseeded and diced
  cup red onionfinely chopped
 1 large jalapenoseeded and diced
 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
 1 ½ tsp minced garlic
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp black pepper
 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
 your favorite tortilla chips for serving

In a large bowl add corn, avocado, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.

Add lime juice, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Stir gently to coat evenly.
