Green Machine Smoothie

 1 cup vanilla almond milk
 1 cup mango chunksfrozen
 1 cup spinachfresh
 1 kiwisliced
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tbsp flax seeds
 ½ cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
 ½ cup ice
