NOAH SOCIAL DETERMINANTS OF HEALTH INITIATIVE
STAFF ADVISORY COMMITTEE
NOAH, along with HonorHealth, is working diligently this year (and onward) to improve the care we provide patients by identifying those social and economic issues that impact their health and connecting them with community resources. NOAH is forming a Staff Advisory Committee with representatives from all parts of the organization to guide us through both the initial phase and the ongoing roll-out.
