Where can NOAH telehealth be provided?
NOAH telehealth can be provided to you at home or work, or at another clinic or hospital. Now with mobile devices, you can receive care anywhere you have access to the internet or a phone.

From your mobile device or computer, it’s never been easier for you and your family to instantly access quality care at home or work. How do I schedule a Telehealth Appointment?
*If you are a new patient to NOAH, an Medical Assistant will call you 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to verify insurance, medications and get a medical history for the provider.
Is there an additional cost?
There is no additional fee for a Video visit versus an in-person visit. NOAH will work with your insurance to get these visits covered.
Do I need to create an account?
No, as a patient you actually don’t need to create an account with us to see your provider. You can simply go to the link your provider sent you via text or email. You will check in and your provider will start the call when they are ready.
Is this secure?
All data is encrypted, patient sessions are anonymous (we don’t know who you are) and no patient info is stored persistently. We use the AES cipher with 128-bit keys to encrypt audio/video, and HMAC-SHA1 to verify data integrity.
These scheduled appointments are just like a normal appointment but you will talk with your doctor on the phone at the appointment time. We’ll bill your insurance company just like normal too.
