Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) is committed to providing access to the very best medical and dental care for all ages, regardless of insurance or financial status. We accept a wide variety of commercial, Medicare and Medicaid insurance plans. For uninsured individuals, NOAH offers a sliding fee scale based on family income and number of members in the household. A Community Resource Specialist is available by appointment to qualify individuals for AHCCCS or our Discount Fee program. Please call 480-882-4545 for more details.
