If your provider orders medical tests, ask the provider when the results should be available.

Once your results are available for review, one of our Medical Assistants will contact you with your results and physician recommendations. You can also access your results via MyChart or by calling us at 480-882-4545 to see if your provider has reviewed the results and provided their report for your record.
