NOAH Palomino Health Center is conveniently located on Cave Creek Road, north of East Greenway Parkway. The clinic is on the east side of Cave Creek, just past QuickTrip.

NOAH accepts most commercial insurance, AHCCCS, and Medicare, and offers a sliding-fee scale for uninsured or underinsured patients. Patients are treated regardless of ability to pay.

Counseling
NOAH provides primary care behavioral health consulting and traditional outpatient behavioral health counseling for children, adults, couples and families.
