What is Nurse Triage?
When you call to make an appointment, you have the option to talk to a local, NOAH nurse immediately about your symptoms and concerns.
The NOAH Nurse Triage Line can help new and existing patients with:
- General illness (COVID, flu, respiratory, etc.)
- Worsening conditions or symptoms
- Pediatric illness
- Adult and pediatric injuries
- Vaccine questions (pediatric, COVID, etc.)
Our nurses can help patients with an urgent need or help reassure them of their next steps, whether it is to monitor their health at home, schedule them directly with a NOAH medical provider, or connect patients with other resources if needed.
