In 2017, Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) opened Venado Valley Health Center in Phoenix’s Deer Valley community. Venado Valley Health Center is home to Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatric Care, Behavioral Health, Nutrition, and Community Resources. With outstanding providers and a conveniently located state-of-the-art health center, NOAH Venado Valley Health Center addresses each patient’s path to wellness.
NOAH Venado Valley Health Center is committed to transforming the delivery of primary care to you, our patient, by strengthening the relationship between our patients and providers, and coordinating your care with a team that is committed to your health care needs. The result will be more personalized, coordinated, effective and efficient care. You are the most important member of our team, and we will help you get healthy, stay healthy and coordinate the services that are right for you.
The office is conveniently located on 27th Avenue, just north of the 101 freeway.
