Summer time barbecue’s and pool parties in the hot sun mean you are going to have a lot of thirsty people at your house. During these big events, I like to make this healthy mocktail, packed with my favorite fruits that is sure to quench everyone’s thirst. Make this ahead of time so that when your guests arrive, they will head straight for this Sangria – a perfect beverage for everyone.

I call this an ‘eyeball recipe’ which in my house it means – no measurements. Just chop up ingredients, pour in container and add liquids until desired taste and quantity is achieved. Basically it’s a great excuse for me to constantly taste what I’m cooking.
