Simple Roasted Butternut Squash by Brandon Bolton, RDN
As fall begins to settle in, it's time to break out some of my favorite recipes. This one in particular is super simple to make and tastes delicious. The best part is that butternut squash is low in calories and high in many nutrients.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Toss butternut squash with olive oil and garlic in a large bowl. Season with salt and black pepper. Arrange coated squash on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven until squash is tender and lightly browned, 25 Minutes.
