This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (“NOAH”), an Arizona nonprofit organization.
Eligibility
Open to entrants who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, or minors with parent or legal guardian consent. Employees of NOAH, its officers, directors, agents, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Sweepstakes Period
Begins February 21, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. MST and ends February 21, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. MST.
How to Enter
Entry must be submitted in person at:

Limit one (1) entry per person.
Valid entries must include:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Zip code
If entrant is under 18, parent/legal guardian information must also be provided.
No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World Bundle
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $499 (actual value may vary).
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
Winner will be notified by telephone and/or email on or about February 24, 2026. Sponsor will attempt notification up to three (3) times over seven (7) days.
If winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, fails to provide required documentation, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
If winner is a minor, prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian.
Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.
Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to NOAH’s Privacy Policy available at noahhelps.org/privacypolicy. NOAH does not sell personal information.
