Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) invites you to the third annual NOAHfest. Enjoy FREE fun for the whole family including interactive inflatables, carnival games, crafts, and face painting.
New this year, thanks to a generous donation from St. Mary’s Food Bank, NOAH anticipates approximately 500 families, or 2,000 individuals will be able to “shop” for free groceries throughout the event. Grocery items will be available to anyone while supplies last.
