I have been immersed in the mental health community since I was a child. I grew up watching both of my parents practice as psychiatric nurse practitioners in the Tucson area. From a young age, I felt a deep respect for anyone struggling with their mental health and knew that I wanted to help in any way I could.

Achieving mental balance is integral to maintaining health and wellness in all other areas of one’s life. If mental health is not acknowledged as a critical part of wellness, one will likely continue to suffer in physical ways.

I love to practice yoga and be in nature.
