What ages do you treat?

NOAH provides assessments and therapy options for ages 6 and up.

What insurance do you take?

NOAH accepts AHCCCS and KidsCare (Arizona Medicaid), Medicare, and most insurance plans.

Everyone is welcome at NOAH regardless of insurance or financial status. Our Sliding Fee Scale program offers reduced rates for those who qualify based on household income and family size.

What is a mental health screening?

A mental health screening is an introductory appointment with a NOAH behavioral health team member. The purpose of the appointment is to evaluate situations or symptoms to determine the best care plan to help you feel better.

What can I expect at my appointment?

Plan on this in-person appointment to take about 90 minutes and be prepared to answer questions about personal and family health history, environment, school or work performance and behavior, and any medications you’re currently taking. If the screening suggests you might benefit from mental health services, your provider will work with you to create your individualized care plan and schedule you with NOAH counseling and/or psychiatry services that best match your needs and preferences.

Do you offer Telehealth and Virtual Appointments?

NOAH offers both Telehealth and Virtual Appointments for our counseling services remotely using a phone, cellphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.
