Self-Pay and Discount Fee Program
NOAH accepts all patients regardless of their insurance or financial status. If you are eligible, our discount program allows you to pay reduced rates.

Good Faith Estimate
Uninsured patients have the right to an estimate cost for non-emergent services called a Good Faith Estimate. Healthcare providers like NOAH are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate to any patients not using insurance.
Good Faith Estimates include expected costs for:
- Non-emergency items
- Non-emergency services
- Related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees
NOAH must provide these patients a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before the scheduled service.
Patient Tips:
- Ask for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling your service.
- Copy / save your Good Faith Estimate.
- You can dispute a bill that is $400+ more than your Good Faith Estimate.
