What is it?

NOAH’s 340B Prescription Discount Program, also known as the 340B Drug Pricing Program, helps eligible patients obtain medications at discounted prices from participating manufacturers. 

Who is eligible?

This program is available to patients who are uninsured or underinsured and qualify for assistance based on household income and family size. To determine your eligibility, ask your NOAH provider or contact NOAH Community Resources at 480-666-3725.

Where can I get my prescriptions?

NOAH’s 340B Prescription Discount Program pricing is available at NOAH’s Cholla Pharmacy located inside Cholla Health Center. Prescriptions can be ready as soon as the same day for pick-up at Cholla Health Center. Next day courier service to any NOAH Health Center is available for orders placed by or before 3:00pm.
