The Board of Directors of NOAH is responsible for providing the leadership and guidance that assures the long-term sustainability and community presence of the organization.
As a member of the Board of Directors of NOAH I agree, to the best of my ability, to be an active advocate for NOAH through my personal commitment to supporting the personal, financial and community goals and expectations outlined below.
Additionally, as a Board member, I may have knowledge of personal, sensitive, and proprietary information about a variety of matters, including, but not limited to, the organization’s employees, volunteers, suppliers, donors, service partners, finances and strategy. I consider such information as confidential and privileged.
