Located in Phoenix’s historic Sunnyslope community, NOAH Desert Mission Health Center is on 7^th Street just north of East Dunlap Avenue. Desert Mission Health Center has provided tools and resources to help families address their health and social needs since 1927.

NOAH accepts most commercial insurance, AHCCCS, and Medicare, and offers a sliding-fee scale for uninsured or underinsured patients. Patients are treated regardless of ability to pay.

Family Medicine

Dental
NOAH offers a wide-range of oral health services provided by a dedicated team of dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and support staff. Services include preventive, emergency, and restorative treatment.
Pediatric Dental
Our priority when children come to NOAH’s dental clinics is dental education and prevention. Services provided start with a comprehensive oral health assessment to develop a personalized treatment plan.
Community Resources
NOAH offers enrollment assistance to individuals and families in need of health care coverage and community resources.

Counseling
NOAH provides primary care behavioral health consulting and traditional outpatient behavioral health counseling for children, adults, couples and families.
Psychiatry
NOAH improves patient quality of life through diagnosis, medication prescription, and psychological testing. Working with a care team, a psychiatric provider will help you target the root of your issues (anxiety, depression, substance abuse or other triggerable mental disorders).
Nutrition Services
Nutrition Services provide comprehensive, high quality care and guidance for patients with nutrition-related conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weight management, digestive issues, food allergies, and chronic kidney disease.
On-site Lab
