About Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH)

NOAH, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), was founded in 1997 to provide underserved communities with quality, equitable healthcare. NOAH provides a “whole health” model by offering easy access to integrated primary care including medical, behavioral health, psychiatry, dental services, pediatrics, care coordination, benefits assistance, nutrition, and health/wellness services to underserved and low-income communities. A critical component of the healthcare safety net, NOAH’s overarching goal is to increase the number of children, youth, adults, and families receiving consistent healthcare in underserved low-income communities (61% of patients are at or below 200% of the federal poverty level). NOAH supports patients across the Metro Phoenix area–covering Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Glendale through eight health center sites caring for over 50,000 lives.
