15 oz whole kernel yellow corn use canned or frozen (thawed)
1 avocado seeded and diced into small chunks
3 tomatoes seeded and diced
⅓ cup red onion finely chopped
1 large jalapeno seeded and diced
3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 ½ tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
your favorite tortilla chips for serving
1 In a large bowl add corn, avocado, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
