 1 cup almond milk
 1 frozen bananasliced
 2 tbsp peanut butter
 ½ cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
 ½ cup ice
 1 tbsp chia seeds (optionl)
 1 tbsp flax seeds (optional)

Blend and top with a drizzle of peanut butter and chopped nuts (optional) and enjoy!
